BANYAN SYSTEMS NAMES SCHAPER
VICE PRESIDENT, NORTH AMERICAN FIELD OPERATIONS
WESTBORO, Mass., Dec. 12, 1991 -- Banyan Systems today announced
the promotion of Jim Schaper to Vice President, North American
Field Operations, with overall responsibility for managing the
company's field sales and field support organization in the
United States and Canada.
Previously a Regional Vice President for Banyan based in Atlanta,
GA, Schaper has sixteen years experience in the computer industry,
and has been a member of Banyan's sales organization since
December, 1989. Earlier Schaper served in various sales management
roles at Memorex-Telex and Lanier Systems. He holds a BA degree in
advertising from the University of South Carolina. Schaper replaces
Greg Reyes who recently left Banyan to join Noran Corporation of
Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
